2-Hour Educational Class
This interactive wellness class is designed for teen and young adult women with disabilities to build confidence, independence, and healthy habits. Each class includes engaging discussions, hand-on activities, and practical skills to use in everyday life.

Participants will learn in a safe, supportive and friendly group environment.
Additional Add-On | 1 Hour
After each educational class, participants are welcome to join an adaptive group fitness session designed for all ability levels. Every session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer to ensure safe and effective support.
Activities to include:
Stretching and mobility
Strength training
Beginner workouts and aerobic activities
Balance and coordination exercises
These sessions focus on building strength, positive body image, and self-confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

Private sessions providing individualized fitness support tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities.
